Jasmine does another great animation job, all in her spare time. This one suggests getting some exercise for at least one hour a day. Stop watching so much TV, or watch a little and ten go out and play. Stay fit and healthy and you might just live to be 100 years old.

Great whiteboard animation from Darren. Darren was a leader of the original Palmer Way Television Staff and won an Ivie Recognition Award for his hard work on the video Toxic Treats. Hopefully, he is doing great and continuing his animation and Art work. The Immortal Wizard Boy lives on!
